Minnesota 1st Congressional race remains too close to call

MANKATO, Minn. (KTTC) – The final tally remains elusive in the early morning hours Wednesday as some precincts remain unreported in Minnesota’s 1st Congressional District.

The advantage swayed between Republican nominee Jim Hagedorn and DFL nominee Dan Feehan all night.

Trouble with computers in Mower county and others held up the process.

As of  3:40 a.m. Wednesday Hagedorn has a 560 vote advantage.

DFL Congressman Tim Walz vacated the seat to run for governor, and it became one Republicans targeted to flip. The contest drew President Trump to Rochester in October.
