La Crosse, Wis. (WXOW) – Two men arrested for armed robbery appeared in court Friday.
Justin and Timothy Ellis of La Crosse are charged with armed robbery and recklessly endangering safety.
According to the criminal complaint, on Wednesday morning the two robbed a man on the north side of La Crosse at gun point. They threatened to shoot the man in the leg before firing a shot into his wife’s vehicle as they left.
Both plan to enter not guilty pleas they said during their appearance. Justin – charged as a repeat offender – is held on a $10,000 dollar cash bond. Timothy is held on a $5000 dollar cash bond.
Their preliminary hearings are set for Tuesday, February 5 at 11:00 am.
