LA CROSSE, Wis. (WXOW) – Some people in La Crosse decided to get their dose of vitamin D the old fashioned way.
On Saturday at Leuth Park, people enjoyed time outdoors at the pump track; people were skateboarding, others biking or on scooters. One couple at the park, Andy and Ashley Towner, said they were so excited to get outside and join their kids at the park.
“I think we’re all ready for some nice warm weather to be able to get outside with the kids, we like coming down here, you can sit in one spot and keep an eye on everything, there is a ton of kids going and it just someone how seems to work all these kids down here playing, our kids love the pump track, and that’s why we come down,” said Andy Towner
Andy Towner said two days ago he brought his son Winston to the park to ride his bike and another rider offered to teach his son some cool bike tricks.
