EAU CLAIRE, WISC. (WXOW) —The Onalaska girls soccer team looked to punch their first ever ticket to the division two state tournament Saturday afternoon.

The Hilltoppers took on Marshfield in the sectional finals.

Marshfield moves on after defeating Onalaska 2-1. The Hilltoppers season is over but they are hoping to build on their success this year.

“We always say to our senior class to continue to play hard, but also to our freshman, sophomores and juniors, remember what this feels like, and if you have a little bit more in the tank, you know next year, your senior year, make sure that you give it your all,” Onalaska Head Coach Tyler Ludeking said.
