St. Croix County (WQOW) — A Glenwood City man faces charges after allegedly driving a motorcycle the wrong way while under the influence.
Michael Frey, 54, was arrested Wednesday night by a Wisconsin State Patrol trooper.
According to law enforcement, Frey was riding his motorcycle the wrong way on a roundabout on Highway 128. According to a release, when the trooper tried to pull Frey over, the motorcycle nearly crashed and hit a sidewalk.
The trooper said Frey failed a field sobriety test.
Frey was charged in St. Croix County court on Thursday with 5th or 6th OWI and operating a vehicle while revoked. The judge set cash bond at $1,000.
Frey returns to court October 14.
