The rain/snow mix has moved out and temperatures will climb to the 40s. There have been areas of patchy dense fog, so make sure to slow down and keep your headlights on. The cloud cover will hold for the rest of the day into tomorrow, with another round of patchy dense fog tomorrow morning. Then another round of precipitation returns tomorrow.
Into Wednesday the warming will continue and this time when precipitation approaches we could hold mostly rainfall. We will have to watch where the snow/rain line sets up but has looked to hold north. Showers start after the evening commute will last into Thursday with up to an inch of accumulation.
The sunshine will finally return Friday but it will be cooler with highs only in the 30s. But by Saturday we are back in the 40s and will remain dry into next work week.
