UPDATE: Silver Alert canceled after Clark County woman found safe

NEILLSVILLE, Wis. (WXOW) - The Silver Alert for Georgana Cruse has been canceled. Authorities said she was found safe.


NEILLSVILLE, Wis. (WXOW) - The Wisconsin Department of Justice and Clark County authorities issued a Silver Alert for a woman last seen in Neillsville Friday afternoon.

The alert is for 66-year-old Georgana Jean Cruse. Authorities said she was last seen at the Marshfield Medical Center-Neillsville Campus at 2:30 p.m.

The alert describes her as a white, female, 5’4” 240 lbs, with Hazel eyes, Dyed red hair, cut short in the back and about chin length in the front. hair, a flesh-colored mole on the tip of her nose. Last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt with white fur on the inside of it and blue jeans. 

She was driving a 2002 Red Dodge Grand Caravan Sport Minivan, WI license plate 239-RYF. The vehicle headlight is damaged and held on by bungee cord. One tail light is a different color red than the other one.

Anyone who may have seen Cruse is asked to contact the Clark County Sheriff's Office at 715-743-3157.
