LA CRESCENT, Minn. (WXOW) - More details were released Thursday about how a car fire led to the arrest of the driver of the vehicle.
It happened just past 5 p.m. Wednesday at the Kwik Trip store at the north end of La Crescent. Fire officials are still looking into the cause of the fire.
The driver, Kelly Brocker, 37, was able to get the vehicle without injury.
When police checked into the incident, they found that Brocker had an arrest warrant for felony fraud out for her from Hennepin County. Police also took her into custody for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
Online records show that Booker is currently in the Houston County Jail.
