Cloudy and cool Tuesday…

In the wake of a passing cold front clouds and northwest winds kept highs in the 60s to middle 70s this afternoon. There will be changes coming for the next several days.

More sunshine returns…

Clearing skies tonight will lead to plenty or warmer sunshine Wednesday, and we can expect highs to rebound back into the more normal middle to upper 70s. Eventually our developing weather pattern will bring even more summer-like weather to the region.

Cold front for Friday…

Another cold front will move through Friday, and rain chances will increase starting Thursday night. Southerly winds will bring highs into the 80s for Thursday, but more clouds, showers, and northwest winds will drag Friday readings back into the 70s.

Summer heat returns for there weekend and into early next week…

A heat dome will develop over the middle of the nation over the weekend which will mean highs rising into the upper 80s, and perhaps into the lower 90s. Humidity levels will also rise into the uncomfortable range.

Allergy report…

The ragweed pollen season is settling back a bit. The counts will be moderate, while the mold counts will remain high.
