Tools for Schools Awarded to St. Paul’s Lutheran School 8th Grade Teacher

ONALASKA, Wis. (WXOW) – One deserving teacher received an award to help expand the collection of musical instruments at St. Paul’s Lutheran School in Onalaska.

Wendy Schibbelhut is April’s recipient of the $500 award from WXOW, SSE Music, and Brenengen Auto. The money will be used to purchase more ukuleles to the school’s instrument selection. The students at St. Paul’s play the instruments in music class, as well as for residents at the Onalaska Care Center.

The Tools for Schools Award is given to one deserving teacher or class each month.
