Kickapoo Elementary Classroom Receives Tools for Schools Award

Viola, WI (WXOW) – Kickapoo Elementary will be getting a long needed upgrade in one of their 4th grade classrooms thanks to the Tools for Schools Award.

Lacey Vinger is September’s recipient of the 500-dollar award from WXOW, S-S-E Music, and Brenengen Auto.

Lacey says the money will be used to buy a new pull-down map– something her classroom has needed for a long time.

“My pull down map in my classroom is utilized everyday as a great visual for teaching the students and so my map is falling apart, its been fixed many times and i think its time for it to go and purchase a new one,” says Vinger.

WXOW, Brenengen Auto, and S-S-E Music help one deserving teacher or class each month.
