NEW: Missing Grant County woman found deceased

The Grant County Sheriff’s Office said that the body of a missing Fennimore woman was found Wednesday afternoon.

In a statement made on their Facebook page, it said a farmer found Patricia Hartline’s vehicle shortly after noon.

Hartline’s body was found inside the vehicle.

She was reported missing on May 2.

GRANT COUNTY (WKOW) — Authorities in Grant County are still looking for a Fennimore woman who left her home nearly a month ago and hasn’t been seen or heard from since.

The Grant County Sheriff’s Office issued an Endangered Missing Person Alert for 58-year-old Patricia Ann Hartline earlier this month. Her family believes she may be in danger.

According to authorities, she should be driving her 2006 silver Ford Focus ZX4 with Wisconsin license plate 223NXN. She was last seen in Mineral Point on May 2, 2018.

Officials say she left home without any of her belongings, and was due to fill her prescriptions on May 7.

Deputies say they’ve reached out to all of her known friends and family and searched places she was known to frequent, but have had no luck.

Officials have tried to issue a Silver Alert for Hartline, but can’t because she is less than 60 years old. They say they’ve notified other law enforcement agencies of Hartline’s disappearance.

Anyone who may have seen Hartline is asked to contact the Grant County Sheriff’s Office at 608-723-2157.
