A focus on agriculture for a Minnesota First District candidate

Minnesota First District candidate Jim Hagedorn says his priority is the rural farm economy.

He has his party’s endorsement but will face a primary opponent in August.

If elected, Hagedorn says among his priorities is agriculture.

You may know, Hagedorn lost to democratic incumbent Tim Walz in 2016.  Walz announced last year he would run for governor.  Carla Nelson is Hagedorn’s primary opponent.  The winner of that primary faces democrat Dan Feehan.
