Arcadia is expecting to see an influx of about 60,000 people for Ashley for the Arts.
The tenth annual arts and music festival takes place August 9 – August 11, and will feature world renowned musicians like Rascal Flatts and Rick Springfield, as well as local musicians.
In addition to live music, the festival will also showcase almost 100 local arts and craft vendors.
Event director Cole Bawek expects the festival to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for local non profits.
"So, last year we were able to raise over $425,000 to support over forty non profit organizations. Twenty-three out of those forty non profits were area school districts. So, they were able to raise funds for their music and art programs, academics, sports, you name it," Bawek said.
