LA CROSSE, Wis. (WXOW) – Soccer teams from seven different states played in the third annual Coulee Cup at Rush Wisconsin West’s Fields for Kids.
The soccer club hosts the tournament for 174 teams to compete in.
“It’s an exciting weekend for kids to come together. We’re happy to have people come from all areas but most importantly family members can come and watch,” Rush Wisconsin West president Scott Thesing said. “It’s a local tournament. Grandmas, grandpas, aunts and uncles are coming out to support their family. It’s nice to see those people on the sidelines cheering on the kids.”
There were 200 matches throughout the weekend-long tournament.
