Life lessons learned through fairy tales of “Cinderella”

Sparta, WI (WXOW) – Sparta High School spins a new twist on an old tale. The Excalibur Players present the revival of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella at the high school auditorium Nov. 8-11.

The new adaptation of the 1957 musical from the powerhouse Broadway duo features some of the songs loved for decades. There are also some new twists on the story that make the characters more appealing to a contemporary audience.

Performances are at 7 pm Thursday through Saturday (Nov. 8-10) with a 2 pm matinee on Sunday. You can buy tickets online.
