Sports show: Boats, birds, and dreaming of warmer weather

LA CROSSE, Wis. (WXOW) – Step outside and you can feel the bite of winter.

Step inside the La Crosse Center this weekend and you’ll get a taste of warmer days ahead.

Dozens of boats, RVs, and travel destinations are on display throughout the entire center.

The La Crosse Boat, Sports, Travel, RV, and Hunting Show is in its 42nd year.

The show is open until 9 p.m. Friday night, Saturday 10-9, and Sunday 10-4.

Captain Jonathan Hillstrand, one of the stars of the TV show ‘Deadliest Catch’ has a booth at the show. He’ll be there Saturday from noon to 3 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Cost for the show is nine dollars, students $5, and children five and under free.
