LA CROSSE, Wis. (WXOW) – Students from all across the mid-west gathered in La Crosse on Friday and Saturday to sing, dance and compete.
Logan High School hosted it’s 33rd annual Logan Showcase on Friday and Saturday, a tournament of sorts for high school show choirs. On Saturday, 22 varsity show choirs took part in the event, showing off months of hard work and dedication.
For many students, the event is bittersweet as it marks the end of their high school show choir career.
“I’m very sad,” student Hallie Halverson says. “There’s so many seniors I’ve made such close connections with these past couple of weeks and it will be very hard to just end it all.”
Every year the Logan Showcase has a specific theme. This year they decided to go with a zombie theme.
