LA CROSSE, Wis. (WXOW) — Twenty years after its grand opening, Pearl Street Brewery celebrated two decades of business at its annual Winter Ball with a roaring twenties theme.
Customers arrived dressed up in prohibition and flapper garb to enjoy live music, food and drinks. Five new beers were revealed for a limited release, including a bourbon-barrel-imperial-stout. The aged stout will get sold in bottles at the brewery the week following the ball.
“Our job here at Pearl Street Brewery is not only creating beer and making different, exciting and new beers for people to enjoy, but also we create good times,” Pearl Street Brewery Founder and Brewmaster Joe Katchever said. “What better way to bring people together and socialize than over a pint of beer.”
Since opening, the brewery has become synonymous with the La Crosse community.
