Four arrested in Holmen on drug charges

HOLMEN, Wis. (WXOW)  – Four people face charges after they’re arrested during a traffic stop in Holmen Tuesday.

Officers made the arrests after a traffic stop. They later called in the Onalaska Police Department’s K9 to search the vehicle.

The K9 indicated there were drugs in the vehicle.

A subsequent search of the car turned up more than 15 grams of methamphetamine, 9mm handgun, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

The four arrested are:

– Rachael McBain, 28, of West Salem: Possession w/ intent to distribute Methamphetamine, Carrying a concealed weapon, Felony bail jumping, Possession of drug paraphernalia, Possession of THC.

– Jack Vang, 29, of Onalaska: Possession of Methamphetamine, Obstructing an Officer, Misdemeanor bail jumping, Probation violation.

– Chue Xiong, 30, of La Crosse: Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of drug paraphernalia.

– Dalton Siam, 24, no address: Possession of drug paraphernalia, Possession of THC, Warrant.

All four are in the La Crosse County Jail awaiting court appearances.
