TREMPEALEAU, WIS. (WXOW)– The annual Catfish Days celebration gets started Friday night in Trempealeau.

Live music will go on all weekend, along with the Catfish Days parade and fireworks show on Sunday night.

A lot of effort is put in for this event that does a lot for the community.

“Catfish Days goes right back into the community,” President of Lions Club George Bartels said.  “This year we’re featuring the duck pond which is a local pond where the kids fish at…we’re donating towards that and then we do all sorts of other things for schools and other community groups.”

There is a five dollar button to get you on the grounds and enjoy all the festivities.
