LA CROSSE, Wis. (WXOW) – The La Crosse Area Builders Association’s 43rd Annual Parade of Homes starts this weekend.
The parade showcases newly built and renovated homes in the area. It typically draws around 3,000 visitors who can visit these new homes at certain times of the day. People who are considering building a new home can get inspiration from the latest and greatest in architecture.
This event cost ten dollars and allows attendees to go around the La Crosse area and speak with builders and contractors about new ideas.
“To have the crew come together and build a house and all the trade professionals come together to build a house to be able to showcase it gives you a good feeling, “La Crosse Area Builders Association President Kraig Lassig said. “And a lot of the homeowners, it gives them a good feeling to say ‘hey this is what we designed and what we chose to build and you guys are welcome to look at it.'”
The Parade of Homes runs until next weekend. For more information about tour times and dates you can visit the La Crosse Area Builders Association website.
