Onalaska, Wisc. (WXOW)- This year’s Three Rivers Roleo featured 21 professional competitors on Saturday. Locally, all eyes were on the hometown and world-wide star Livi Pappadopoulos.
Pappadopoulos ranks among the top eight women in the sport and is also the defending champion of the Three Rivers Roleo women’s title.
Pappadopoulos received a first-round bye then went on to win three consecutive matches to come away with her second consecutive title.
On the men’s side, La Crosse’s Shane Burns placed fourth and Onalaska’s Connor Birdsong placed third. Oconomowoc’s Tanner Hallett took home the men’s title.
