Chief Meteorologist Dan Breeden has been forecasting Wisconsin weather his entire professional career.

Born and raised in northern Wisconsin, Dan attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where he studied Meteorology. Upon receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology in 1981, Dan moved on to Wausau to predict the weather for WSAW as the 10 PM weather anchor.

Dan has been forecasting Coulee Region skies since 1986. As News 19 Chief Meteorologist you can find his forecasts on Live at Five, and the Six and Ten PM Reports.

When Dan is not making maps and forecasting the weather you will most likely find him on the golf course, at a movie theater, or just enjoying the great outdoors.
