Clouds stuck around after early rain and drizzle. As a result highs were about 15 degrees shy of normal. Readings were in the 40s to lower 50s. Rainfall amounts were light.

Weak weather system tonight…
A very slight chance of rain will accompany a weak low pressure area to the south. Heavy rain will fall there, but we will likely remain dry and cool. That’s good news because any threat of severe weather will stay well south.

The river stage at La Crosse is currently in moderate flood at around 13.2 feet. The river will drop to around 12.0 on Monday.
