T-storms for the weekend…

Showers dampened our Friday…
Though amounts were generally light, showers did move through from time to time on Friday. Highs still managed to hit the 70s to lower 80s. A few heavy t-storms moved into the northern parts for the viewing area in the evening.

More storms will dampen the weekend…
Showers and t-showers will swing through the Coulee Region over the next couple of days. Most of the rain traveled north of us Friday, but better chances will follow for this afternoon and tonight. Some of the t-storms could produce hail and very gusty winds at that time.

Father’s Day rainfall…
Showers could linger into Sunday morning, but the weather should improve a bit for the afternoon. Highs will be in the cooler 60s to near 70 degrees.

Quiet weather early next week…
As the storm pulls away for Monday and Tuesday, sunshine will return. Highs will remain slightly below normal to start the week. The readings will top out in the 70s,

The river stage at La Crosse is below 10 feet. The river will continue to fall.
