What a day!
Sunday felt incredibly nice, especially after a week of intense heat and high humidity levels. Highs in the afternoon reached the upper 70s to low 80s and dew points were mostly in the 50s, making for a very comfortable afternoon. If you enjoyed Sunday, you definitely are in for a treat.
Quiet stretch of weather...
High pressure sets into the region, which will give us plenty of sunshine and very quiet conditions. This will last for a large majority of the week. This extended forecast is great for any outdoor plans.
Temps this week will be near average for this time of year. Low 80s to start the week, followed by mid 80s for the second half. Humidity levels stay low for at least the first half of the week, but gradually climb and will be a bit higher as we near the weekend.
Precipitation Chances Scarce…
Precip chances look slim this week. With this drier air mass in place, there will not be much to fuel any showers or t-storms. Chances are looking a bit higher as we near the second half of the extended forecast.
Have a great rest of your weekend!
