Pleasant middle of the week weather…
A few showers and t-storms moved across the area last night and earlier today, but there was plenty of dry weather, too. Only areas southeast of La Crosse have seen isolated showers this afternoon and early evening. Highs were mostly in the comfortable 70s.

Pleasant Wednesday weather…

Respite from the heavy rain threat…
Thursday will bring a beautiful dog-walking day with some early morning fog, but highs will be in the slightly warmer upper 70s to lower 80s. Tomorrow’s high pressure system won’t be in the area for long, so enjoy it while you can!

Pleasant Thursday weather continues…

T-storms will return…
Chances of dreary and stormy weather will increase Thursday night. Periods of showers and t-storms are possible Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Friday and Saturday will represent somewhat better chances of t-storms, as a low pressure system approaches.

Thursday night brings showers and t-storms…

More summer humidity…
More heat and humidity will quickly return by the weekend. Dew points will increase into the 60s and perhaps even the 70s for the weekend and early next week.

Muggy weather will return to the area…

Looking ahead…
The longer term trends will favor hotter than average weather for next week, so if you are hoping for the sticky summer weather there’s good news. Dry weather on Monday will followed by a chance of storms Tuesday but it will continue to be pretty hot.

Longer range outlook is hotter…
