A pleasant change of pace…

Less muggy weather returns…
A change in the jet stream brought a beautiful trend to the Coulee Region, though the weather will be a little cooler tonight. Afternoon highs today reached the middle 70s to lower 80s.

Highs on Wednesday in the pleasant 70s to near 80.

A few stubborn clouds…
Though we had to deal with some clouds today, the weather stayed dry and comfortable. Dew point temperatures have dropped allowing less muggy weather, and that trend will continue into the weekend.

Muggy Meter looks comfortable!

Showers and t-storms will return…
A large dome of high pressure will gradually give up its grip on the Upper Midwest later this weekend, and shower and t-storm chances will slowly increase into early next week.

Dome of High Pressure moves east this weekend.

Early next week…
There will be a slight chance of showers Sunday afternoon, but the better threat for heavier rain and thunder will arrive for Monday. The chances continue into the middle of the week.

7 day outlook shows returning rain early next week…
