A beautiful trend in the weather has settled into the Coulee Region over the last few days. It’s going to continue through the weekend, and sunny skies will be dominant. Afternoon highs today reached mostly into the 70s.

A little morning fog…
Aside from mosquitoes buzzing around us, the only weather worry has been patchy fog in some valleys. We will see more of the same with generally quiet and light winds expected over the next couple of nights.

Friday morning patchy fog…

The muggy factor is down…
A large area of high pressure will gradually release its influence on the Upper Midwest late this weekend, and rain chances will slowly increase by Monday. Humidity will gradually return as southerly winds develop over the region.

More humidity for a day or so…
Humidity will increase by Monday as a storm system moves through, but the mugginess will go away by Tuesday and Wednesday..
