What a nice day!
Highs reached the upper 70s and low 80s in spots Saturday afternoon. Dew points were nice and low in the 50s as the drier air mass continued to sit over the region. A few clouds passed through in the afternoon; otherwise we got to see some sunshine!
Temperatures will be very similar to Saturday with highs in the upper 70s. It is looking like another gorgeous day, but we will see a little bit more cloud coverage. A stray shower is possible, but the lower levels of the atmosphere will be pretty dry so any precip will have a hard time reaching the ground.
Storm Chances Return…
Our best chance for showers and thunderstorms comes Monday. A surge of moisture will return into the region early Monday morning, giving some fuel for t-storm development. Storms look to form ahead of a cold front in the afternoon, but this far out, timing is very subject to change.
If you enjoyed the end of this week, you’ll love this upcoming week as well. Temperatures will be the warmest on Monday right around 80 degrees, and then upper 70s follow. Humidity levels will also be low for a majority of the week after Monday! Outdoor plans this week are looking great!
Have a great Sunday!
